Being a father… To me, it’s more than just being a good man for your #kids. Up until recent years with the influx of #babies out of wedlock, it had a lot to do with being a good #husband too. The fact is a true man takes the helm of the household and holds it down. He’s an example to all, #women, #children, and fellow men. I try not run anyone’s life and no one wants anyone all in there #business, but I try to be a #father figure for everyone. At the end of the day, your actions affect people greatly. They ripple thru time, and touch everyone in some way or another. So I encourage my fellow fathers to be a stand up guy for everyone, everywhere. #Love, #educate, #provide, and #protect. DO NOT let anyone take your #position. #Play that position the way #Lebron plays his (no flopping tho). Us men need to take our rightful place in society and stand up for #righteous causes. You’re not #perfect. No one should expect you to be. But if you give it your all, no one can question your #integrity. And if anyone is out there saying “I don’t need no #man, or #woman”… You need to shut the shit. We all need each other out here. You can’t be a father without a #mother. You can’t be a mother without a father. Some have the unfortunate task of having both jobs, but it’s not about working harder, it’s about working smarter. Let that simmer for lil bit…. #HappyFathersDay to all the real fathers out there that understand their importance in the family structure and in society, working on making this world a better place. ✌💙
